Although definition is one of the main topics discussed in logic and has been widely addressed, there is no comprehensive discussion of it in Etebari sciences such as law. This is because the definition of concepts and topics in the world of law, jurisprudence, and ethics is based on a prior understanding of Etebar. In the world of law, we deal with value concepts, for which we use descriptive statements in their definition (although in fact, there is no true description here), and on the other hand, we deal with command concepts expressed in statements such as “must,” “must not,” and “can.” Our presupposition is that we can achieve the definition of legal concepts. In this article, we will look at some general theories on the basis of which a definitional model for legal concepts can be achieved. We aim to present a model of definition in law so that legal concepts can be expressed in this form.
