• The article processing charge (APC) is exclusively applied to the final accepted articles prior to the release process. There is no waiver policy for this charge.
  
  
  • Article processing charge (APC) for the current year:   $250 USD

• Given that the Journal of Islamic Law Research incurs costs for the review process of all submitted articles and does not collect the Article Processing Charge (APC) before the final acceptance of an article, if the esteemed authors request the withdrawal of their article after it has been sent to the reviewers, the corresponding author is obligated to compensate for the review costs. There is no waiver policy for this charge.
