One of the technologies used in the current era is CCTV, employed to monitor places and facilities, control traffic, and prevent the theft or abduction of property. The current condition of human life is such that, in some places, the only way to protect property is through the use of this technology. The key question in this article is whether theft from a camera-equipped location is eligible for the theft of amulets. The answer to this question requires addressing another fundamental issue: what is the meaning of the concept of an amulet? If there is evidence of monitoring as a constraint, does this evidence include monitoring through CCTV? The authors, referring to the proofs cited in the text of the article, argue that observation is sufficient to establish the truth of the title of amulet, and with the acceptance of this development, today, a camera-equipped location, with the fulfillment of certain conditions, can be considered as falling within the category of robbery of a protected location.
