The Refer Ability of Contract

Abstract
The principle of the referability of contract is independent from that of the privity of contract. This principle indicates the reflection of the effects of a contract in society, i.e., the indirect or natural effects. The referability of contract has penetrated French law through the French court since the 19th century. In Imamiyya jurisprudence, referability of contract has been taken into account by certain jurisprudents in some jurisprudential chapters under headings such as the situational effects of contract. The referability of contract embraces two domains: personal and that of the facts under the law.
